1. Scope and contact
This policy covers the RouteForge public website and inquiries submitted through its demo form or contact email. RouteForge is based in Bengaluru, India. For privacy questions or requests, contact shashank@routeforgeai.tech. Any handling of operational data under a product engagement is addressed separately in that engagement.
2. Information you provide
The demo form asks for your name, work email, company, operation type, fleet or planning scale, and main priority. You may also provide a message. Please do not include passwords, customer delivery addresses, financial information, or other sensitive records in an initial inquiry.
3. How inquiry information is used
The details you submit are used to respond to your inquiry, understand your requirements, arrange a conversation, and maintain the correspondence necessary to follow up. Submitting a demo request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
4. Website delivery and service providers
The website is prepared for hosting on Vercel. Hosting infrastructure may process basic request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. When email delivery is enabled, the demo form sends your inquiry through Resend to the RouteForge team mailbox. Email and infrastructure providers may process data in locations outside your own country. Their processing is also subject to their applicable policies and terms.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use advertising trackers, optional analytics, or embedded social feeds. Form entries remain in the current browser page until submission or navigation; the form does not intentionally store them in browser local storage. See the Cookie Policy for details.
6. Retention and access
Inquiry information is used for the conversation and related follow-up. You may ask the team about retention, request correction, or request deletion of your inquiry. Some information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations or resolve an ongoing matter. Access should be limited to the people and service providers needed to handle the inquiry and website operation.
7. Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form and contact the team by email instead. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information, or withdraw your permission for further inquiry follow-up, by emailing shashank@routeforgeai.tech. Rights and available responses may depend on applicable law and the nature of the request.
8. Third-party links
Links to LinkedIn, X, and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. RouteForge does not embed those social feeds or send your form details to them through this website.
9. Changes to this policy
