Describe a normal planning day.
Explain when orders arrive, when routes are planned, who reviews them, and how assignments reach execution. Highlight where manual work or repeated changes create friction.
List the constraints that cannot move.
Think about vehicle capacity, delivery windows, depots, driver shifts, route duration, and pickup-and-delivery rules. A rough operational description is enough for an initial conversation.
Choose a decision to improve.
You may want to balance fleet load, respond to late orders, compare depot allocation, or plan peak demand. A clear question makes it easier to scope a useful walkthrough.
Describe your existing systems.
Tell us which tools hold orders, fleet information, travel-time data, and dispatch outputs. Specific connectors and implementation requirements can be reviewed with the team.
Keep sensitive records out of the first request.
You do not need to send customer addresses, credentials, or confidential operating records to book a demo. Any data-sharing and evaluation process should be agreed separately.
